A clear outline of how to use microPMS and what to expect from the service.

Provider and agreement
microPMS is provided by SputnikTrading Co., LTD., registered in Thailand under number 0205568060728 at 33/17 Moo 3, Nong Pla Lai, Bang Lamung District, Chon Buri 20150, Thailand. The service is intended for adults aged 18 or older, including individual and business property owners. Questions can be sent to info@micropms.com.
The service
microPMS helps independent rental owners manage properties, availability, direct bookings, rates, quotes, public property pages and imported iCal calendars. It is not a channel manager or a party to agreements between an owner and a guest. microPMS does not collect guest payments or charge commission on stays. Owners arrange stays and receive any guest payments directly under their own terms. A quote or availability result does not reserve a stay. Calendar imports can be delayed, so owners must verify dates before confirming a booking.
Accounts and owner content
Keep your sign-in details secure and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for the property, guest and booking data you enter, the rights to the photos and text you publish, and your dealings with guests. Do not upload unlawful, infringing or malicious content or use the service to access another workspace. You retain your rights in your content and authorize the service to store, process and display it as needed to provide the features you use. Public content remains visible until unpublished, subject to copies already made by others.
Plans and payments
Your Account page shows your current property allowance. Paid subscriptions are not currently available. If paid plans are introduced, their prices, trial length, property limits, renewal and cancellation terms will be shown before you choose a plan. Any future charges will be for the microPMS software; there is no commission on bookings, and guests pay owners directly. Changing a plan does not itself delete stored property data.
Availability and changes
We may maintain, update or temporarily interrupt the service and may restrict an account or public content in response to abuse, security issues or legal obligations. Do not rely on the service as your only copy of critical booking information.
Your legal rights
We intend these terms to be governed by the laws of Thailand. Mandatory consumer and privacy rights that apply in a user’s country are not waived by this statement. Warranty disclaimers, liability limits, indemnities and dispute resolution are subject to rights and protections that apply under local law. Contact us if you have a question about these terms.
