Information we handle

Account and profile information includes your name, email address, authentication data and settings. Workspace information can include property details, photos, contacts, guest and booking records, prices, availability and imported calendar data that you enter or connect. We also process the information you send through support or feedback channels and technical information needed to secure and operate the service, such as session and request data.

Public property pages and an optional public owner profile display information you choose to publish. Published content can be viewed and copied by other people.

Why we use it

We use this information to create and secure accounts, provide property management and public pages, import calendars, send account messages, respond to requests, prevent abuse and maintain the service. Guest records are not used to train AI models. The product does not include an AI Guest Assistant.

Who receives information

Hosting and storage providers, email delivery services and security providers may process data to operate microPMS. Optional embedded maps and videos can connect your browser to Google, YouTube or Vimeo only after you allow external media. A property owner supplies and manages guest and booking details in that owner’s workspace. Publicly published property and profile content is available to visitors. Providers may process information in other countries to deliver these services. microPMS does not currently process guest payments.

Cookies and security

The service uses essential session and security cookies to keep accounts signed in and protected. Your external-media choice is stored in your browser and can be changed through “Cookie settings” in the footer. Google Maps and YouTube/Vimeo embeds stay unloaded until you allow them. Some editor recovery data may also stay in your browser until you save or discard changes. Workspace access is restricted and connections are protected in transit. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

Your privacy choices

To request removal of your account or personal information, email info@micropms.com. You can also request access, correction or restriction of use where applicable law gives you that right. We will verify your identity when needed and explain which information can be removed. Retention varies by record type and purpose. Some information may need to be retained for legal, security or dispute-resolution reasons; copies in protected backups may remain until those backups are replaced. Owners are responsible for handling guest-data requests relating to their workspace.

We will update this page when our data practices change. The date above shows when this policy was last updated, and we will notify users about material changes where required.
